image

A friend of ours passed this recipe on to us.  We made it and really enjoyed it.  Make a little picnic or tailgate surprise.

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Baking Time: 10 - 15 minutes

Ingredients

2 - pints strawberries, remove stems and diced
4 - kiwis, peeled & diced
1 - Granny Smith apple, diced
3 - tablespoon orange marmalade
1 - orange rind, grated
1 - pint fresh blackberries, diced
1 - pint fresh raspberries, diced
1/2 - cup sugar
6 - small flour tortillas
1 - teaspoon sugar
1 - cup cold water (8 ounces)
2 - tablespoons confectionery sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 200-degrees F.

    * In a large bowl, you want to mix the strawberries, kiwis, Granny Smith apple, orange marmalade, orange rind, blackberries, and raspberries.
    * Sprinkle on the 1/2 cup sugar and toss lightly to blend the sugar.
    * In a small bowl, mix sugar and water.  Then brush the tortillas with the sugar water.
    * Cut flour tortillas into chip sizes.  Place on an un-greased cookie sheet and baked 10 to 15 minutes.
    * Cool for 5 minutes and dust with confectionery sugar.
