Ingredients
60 grams butter
250 grams mushrooms, chopped
2 cups chicken stock (1 stock cube + 2 cups water)
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon French mustard
1/2 cup cream
1 tablespoon chives
1/4 teaspoon salt and freshly grated pepper
Preparation
Combine butter and mushrooms in large bowl, cover and microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Mix in stock, wine, mustard, cream, salt and pepper. Microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes. Puree in blender or processor. Stir in chives, reheat and serve.
