Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons good drippings

1 large onion

2 cups booked beef, sliced

2 cups cooked potatoes, sliced or cubed

salt, pepper and caraway seeds

chopped parsley
Preparation
Cut onion into rings. Melt half of the drippings in a frying pan, throw in onion rings and
fry until golden brown. Lift out and keep hot. Add remaining fat, melt and throw in
potatoes. Brown, then add meat. When meat and potatoes are nicely browned and crisp.
Return onions to frying pan, stir well, add salt, pepper and caraway seeds. Serve
sprinkled with chopped parsley.
