Yogurt-Gelatin Delight

Ingrediants
 
1 small box fruit-flavored gelatin
8 ounces yogurt (low-fat) of the same flavor
 
Preparation
 
Prepare the gelatin according to package directions. Chill until it just begins to set.

Add the yogurt, stirring to combine thoroughly with the gelatin. Pour into molds. Chill until set.

Serves 6.

Fluffy Whip: When gelatin has started to set, whip it with an electric mixer until it is light and fluffy. Then fold in yogurt.
