Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup celery, sliced
3 tbsp butter
1 pound asparagus, fresh
2 cups potatoes, sliced
2 cans chicken broth
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Saute onions and celery in butter. Stir in asparagus, potatoes, chicken broth, vinegar, salt and pepper.
2. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Pour mixture into food blender and process until smooth.
4. Return to kettle and stir in milk; heat through.
Garnish with sour cream
